3.1 Quotes & order confirmation
- Quotes are subject to final confirmation based on specification, quantity, packaging, delivery terms, and destination.
- Orders are confirmed only after written confirmation (e.g., Proforma Invoice, Order Confirmation, contract, or mutually agreed written confirmation).
3.2 Payment methods
We may accept the following payment methods depending on order and destination:
- T/T (bank transfer)
- PayPal
- Credit card (via third-party payment service providers)
We do not store full payment card information.
3.3 Pricing, taxes & duties
Included costs depend on the agreed delivery term (Incoterms or agreed shipping method). For DDP/LDP, the included scope (freight/taxes/duties) will be specified in the quotation/order confirmation.
3.4 Lead time
- Many standard specifications may be available in stock.
- For items requiring production, lead time is typically 2–4 working days (may vary by product and quantity).
- Small-batch delivery is typically 3–10 working days depending on stock, production needs, and destination.
3.5 Shipping terms (DDP/LDP global)
We support global delivery solutions for bulk orders, including DDP/LDP where applicable. Final shipping method, delivery time, and included costs depend on destination, shipment size, customs requirements, and carrier conditions. DDP/LDP details must be confirmed in the quotation/order confirmation.
3.6 Partial shipments
Partial shipments may be arranged upon agreement to optimize delivery time.
3.7 Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (customs delays, carrier disruptions, extreme weather, labor disputes, regulatory changes, etc.).
3.8 Returns & Quality Claims (Industrial Consumables)
Abrasive products are industrial consumables. Returns may not be practical once products are opened/used. We handle claims based on product condition and evidence.
(1) Claim time limit
Quality claims must be submitted within 7 days after receipt of the goods.
(2) Required information
Please provide order/lot info, product specs, affected quantity, photos/videos, and usage conditions (material, machine type, sanding stage, dust extraction, etc.).
(3) Resolution
Depending on the confirmed issue and agreement, solutions may include replacement, partial credit/discount, or other mutually agreed solutions.
(4) Exclusions
Claims may be rejected if issues are caused by improper storage/handling, unsuitable applications, incompatible machines, incorrect setup, excessive pressure/heat, or normal wear and tear consistent with consumable use.
