4.1 Risk notice

Sandpaper, sanding discs, flap discs, and related abrasive products are industrial consumables. Their use may involve dust generation, heat, high-speed rotation hazards, and surface damage if misused.

4.2 Customer responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for product selection and safe use, including:

• determining suitability for specific applications and working conditions
• ensuring machine compatibility and correct operating procedures
• implementing safety measures (PPE, ventilation/dust extraction, safe workspace practices)
• complying with local regulations, workplace safety rules, and industry standards
• training operators and ensuring safe use

4.3 Limitation of product liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abraline shall not be liable for injuries, property damage, production losses, or other losses arising from improper selection, misuse, unsafe operation, or failure to follow safety practices. The customer assumes responsibility for safe use and any resulting product liability in their market/channel, including labeling, regulatory compliance, and end-user instructions where applicable.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
